In the first movie he goes up against a crack addicted bounty hunter and a planet full of terrifying winged creatures that have adapted to the persistent night on a planet with 3 suns.

In the second movie, he goes up against a conquering space faring race. In the process he still finds time to escape from a prison planet that makes hell seems like a tropical resort, tame man-eating hell hounds.

He has got to be the most bad ass hero this side of the galaxy. 

It was a surprise to me too but I really like Vin in this corny comedy.

Somehow the transition of this muscle bounded special ops Vin Diesel from "Serbia to Suburbia" works. I think people don't give Mr Diesel enough credit for his considerable acting ability.

Watch this funny heartwarming movie and be prepared to love this nanny from boot camp.

It is a sincere movie starring a very young Vin Diesel about growing up in New York city. Its his struggle to reconcile his street beginnings with his yearning for a meaningly relationship with his girlfriend Heather.
